In this photo, dahlias are being protected from expected rain showers. This is done in preparation for our Annual Dahlia Flower Show held each August.

Congratulations to VDS members Phil, Teresa, Paul and Connie for their showing last weekend at the American Dahlia Society National Show in Portland Oregon. Phil and Teresa won 5 ribbons , Paul won 2 Head table awards and Connie won 5 Head table awards and Best Bloom in Show.
